WIZARD OF OZ SCHEDULE FOR FEBRUARY 2010

Feb. 1st: 3-5 pm. Auditions for 1st- 4th grades. First grade is done by 4:30.

Feb. 2nd: 3-5 pm. Auditions for 5th-6th grades.

Feb. 3rd: 3-5:30 pm. Callbacks for 2nd-6th grades. 2nd and 3rd are done first.

Feb. 4th: 3-5:30 pm. Callbacks for 5th-6th grades.

Feb. 5th: 3-4 pm. Last Minute Call Backs if needed.

Feb. 7th: Cast List Posted by School Front door by 4 pm.

Feb. 8th: 3-5 pm. All Cast Read- get scripts. Bring folder, pencil, & highlighter.

Feb. 9th: 3-5 pm. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 IN MUSIC ROOM.

Feb. 10th: 3-5 pm. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15 IN MUSIC ROOM. 4 pm #24 in GYM.

Feb. 11th: 3-4:30 pm. 1, 4, 12 IN MUSIC ROOM. 4 pm #20 in GYM.

Feb. 16th: 3-4:30 pm. 1**, 4**, 12, #20. ** MEANS BRING SOMETHING TO DO.

Feb. 17th: 3-5 pm. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8**.  ** MEANS BRING SOMETHING TO DO.

Feb. 18th: 3-4:30 pm. 1, 3, 4, 9, 12, #20. 1, 3, 4, and 9 stay until 5.

Feb. 22nd: 3-4:30 pm. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, and #24. Clip Clip til 5 pm.

Feb. 23rd: 3-4:30 pm. 1, 3, 4, 9, 12, #20. Lullaby, Lollipop, & #20 stay late.

Feb. 24th: 3-4:30 pm. 1, 2, 3, 11, 13, 16, #24. 2, 16, & #24 stay until 5 pm to sing.

Feb. 25th: 3-5 pm. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8**, 16**, 19**. ** MEANS BRING SOMETHING TO DO.

Feb. 26th: 3-4:30 pm. 1, 2, 3, 9**, 10**. ** MEANS BRING SOMETHING TO DO.

PTSO Meeting- February 3, 2010

The next PTSO meeting will be held on February 3, 2010 at 7:00 pm in the school library. We encourage all parents to attend the meeting and BABYSITTING is available! Donations are appreciated. We will be discussing:

  • Board positions available for the 2010-2011 school year: Secretary, Treasurer, & 2nd VP are needed!
  • Bookroom needs for primary and intermediate levels
  • Wizard of Oz
  • Fun Run
  • Science Fair
  • Math is Cool
